## Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (Pacific Time). Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

### Express Shipping

* Cost: $15.99
* Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 Business Days

## Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment.

Simply enter your tracking number to view the latest shipping status and delivery updates.

## Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order has already entered processing or shipment, additional charges may apply for reshipment.

## Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, OrvaSphere is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or household members before contacting us.
